How accurate is brick mortar mode?

Why separate sand kg and sand m³?

Sand is sold both by bulk volume and by weight at different moisture contents. We derive mass from loose-volume fractions using a nominal bulk density; weigh batches when precision matters.

Does this include admixtures or curing compounds?

No. Add plasticisers, fibres, and curing costs separately using supplier dosing sheets.

Can I use millimetres?

Yes. Choose millimetres for thin plaster or screed thickness while keeping length and width consistent.
