By accessing or using HomeSols ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including service seekers, service providers and visitors.

2. About HomeSols

HomeSols is an online service marketplace that connects individuals and businesses seeking professional home services with verified service providers. We operate in the United Arab Emirates, United States, United Kingdom and Pakistan. Our service categories include plumbing, electrical, AC maintenance, cleaning, moving and more.

HomeSols acts as a platform facilitator. We are not a service provider ourselves and do not employ the professionals listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You may register using email or through social login (Google or Facebook). You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Service Providers

Listing Services

  • Service providers must provide accurate descriptions of their services, qualifications and service areas
  • All service listings must comply with applicable local laws and regulations
  • Providers are responsible for maintaining valid licenses and insurance as required by their jurisdiction
  • False or misleading service listings will be removed

Provider Obligations

  • Deliver services as described in your listing
  • Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including licensing, tax and safety regulations
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for services provided

5. Service Seekers

  • Verify provider qualifications before hiring
  • Communicate clearly about your requirements and expectations
  • Provide accurate information about your location and service needs
  • Honour agreed-upon arrangements with service providers

6. Content Guidelines

Users who contribute content to HomeSols, including service descriptions, blog posts and reviews, agree to:

  • Post only accurate, truthful and non-misleading content
  • Not post content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening or discriminatory
  • Not infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Not post spam, malware or unauthorized advertising

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on HomeSols, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images and software, is the property of HomeSols or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Service providers retain ownership of their original content but grant HomeSols a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and promote their listings on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

HomeSols provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of services listed. We are not responsible for:

  • The conduct, quality or reliability of any service provider
  • Disputes between service seekers and providers
  • Any damages arising from the use of services obtained through the platform
  • Service interruptions, data loss or technical issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomeSols, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of HomeSols after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
