Whether you own a studio apartment with one split unit or a villa with multiple ducted and split systems, we have an AMC package tailored to your needs and budget.

Our AMC Packages

• Basic AMC: 2 annual visits — filter cleaning, coil washing, gas pressure check, drainage flush, electrical connection inspection
• Standard AMC: 3 annual visits — all Basic inclusions plus fan motor lubrication, thermostat calibration, 10% repair discount
• Premium AMC: 4 annual visits — all Standard inclusions plus free gas top-up (up to 1kg), 20% repair discount, priority 2-hour emergency response
• Villa Package: Covers all AC units in the villa — split, ducted, and standalone — with 4 comprehensive visits per year
• Commercial Package: Tailored maintenance for offices, shops, and restaurants with flexible scheduling

What Every Service Visit Includes

During each scheduled visit, our certified technicians perform a thorough 25-point AC health check including: filter cleaning or replacement, evaporator and condenser coil deep cleaning, refrigerant pressure test, electrical connection tightening and testing, thermostat accuracy check, drainage line flushing, fan motor inspection, compressor amp draw test, and overall system performance assessment. You receive a detailed digital service report with findings, photographs, and any recommendations for repairs or upgrades.
